Position
Front Office Assistant Manager
Responsible for the efficient and exceptional service performance of Front Office operations.
Housekeeping/Inspector
Responsible to provide supplies and linens for maids and guests while maintaining the Hotels Preferred Standards. This individual is required to acknowledge all patrons appropriately and assist with information and/or special requests.
Room Service Attendant
Responsible for taking Room Service orders by telephone and making deliveries to guests room in a professional manner while maintaining the Preferred Hotel Standards for Room Service.
Busser
Responsible for facilitating food service in a dining room or banquet function, bringing workstations to working status and the ensuring general cleanliness of the dining area. This individual is required to acknowledge all patrons appropriately while assisting with information and/or special requests.
Housekeeping/Room Attendant
Responsible for providing overall cleanliness in guest rooms while maintaining the Hotels Preferred Standards. This individual is required to acknowledge all patrons appropriately and assist with information and/or special requests.
Cooks
This position is for seasonal cooks.
Banquet Manager
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the Banquet Service Associates and the Banquet Equipment Coordinators. He/she is required to provide courteous, efficient service to the guests in compliance with the Preferred Hotel Standards. This individual is required to on a day-to-day basis meet or exceed the expectations of the convention, meeting and banquet clients.
Table Attendants
Responsible for providing food and beverage service to Hotel guests, preparing work station for shift, and being responsible for the general cleanliness of the dining area. Acknowledging all patrons appropriately while assisting with information and/or special requests is required. Must be 21 years of age or older.
