The Security Officer is responsible for providing protection for the hotel, guests, and staff from incidents such as assault, theft, vandalism, harassment, and other disruptive occurrences. This role requires an individual with integrity, honesty, and a cooperative attitude toward both the job and fellow personnel. The Security Officer is a key part of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at the hotel, ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are enforced while providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This position is part time.

The Line Cook at the Hotel Captain Cook is responsible for ensuring the prompt and smooth flow of meal service in accordance with our Preferred Hotel Standards. This role involves broiling, grilling, sautéing, and preparing sauces, roasts, and seasoned foods of all types. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

The Steward at our large hotel property, which features five on-site restaurants, in-room dining service, and banquet facilities, is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This position involves various cleaning and maintenance duties within a high-volume kitchen setting, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils meet health and safety standards. The Steward must have strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and the ability to work effectively on graveyard shifts.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to guest rooms, ensuring they meet the hotel's preferred standards. The individual in this role will maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization, acknowledge all patrons appropriately, and assist with information and/or special requests. Duties include cleaning, restocking amenities, inspecting room conditions, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming and orderly environment for all guests.

The Storeroom Clerk will be responsible for efficiently managing the ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of products. Additional duties will be assigned as necessary. The position requires availability on weekends and the last day of each month, with work hours determined by hotel needs, ensuring a minimum of 24 hours per week. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability in inventory management is essential.Hours for this position is 7:00 am-3:00 pm.
